Kitty (she/her) is passionate about equitable health and food access. With her research, she hopes to provide important findings to inform ethical and effective health practices that prioritize the whole person. Kitty received her BS in Biology at Michigan Tech University and hopes to continue to a PhD in Nutritional Epidemiology after completing her masters. She is also very involved with her church, food systems work, and teaching yoga.
Kitty works directly with Zion's Faith and Food Garden and Chef Shari to create more plant-based menu items for FedUp Ministries.
