Welcome to our first official Volunteer Newsletter! If you are receiving this, that means you have either volunteered with us before or you have shown interest in volunteering. This newsletter will be going out on a monthly basis and will include important updates and upcoming events with sign-up opportunities!

For those of you who volunteered with us in the very beginning back in 2021, we hope to welcome you back! In our first year, we served 4,000 meals. So far this year, we have served over 29,000 meals! Your dedication and support has helped us grow so much. We now have our WashUp Program in addition to our free meals, with a shower trailer and a laundry trailer. We also host a weekly worship service, LiftUp, in downtown Ypsilanti with dozens of our houseless friends every week. We look forward to engaging with you more moving forward!

We are launching our free laundry program this week! We need volunteers to help run this program. Please, consider signing up to help oversee our laundry hours!

We want to extend a special thank you to each and every one of our wonderful volunteers! Our volunteers are integral to the success of FedUp and the work we do in our community. Since FedUp’s beginning, we have relied heavily on volunteers to help with the work, and we couldn’t do it without you!
